How are your fees determined?
Charges are dependent upon the keywords you are targeting (specifically, how competitive they are) and the nature of your competition. Rates can also fluctuate, starting higher to get the proverbial ball rolling, then lowering as success is garnered. If competition increases, so can our fees. We charge $30 an hour to examine your web site and recommend changes in coding.

When will we see results?
Since not all websites are crawled (visited) every day by the search engines, results of our work can take a number of months to appear. How much link building your business requires can also affect the timeline. If you require thousands of additional links, we must add them slowly in order to not appear to be spamming to the search engines. We recommend checking results monthly, which we can report to you, to gauge success.

What do you need from us?
We'll work with you to determine the proper keywords/phrases to target, then we need access to your webmaster and someone in marketing to help with content writing.

Would you work for a competitor of mine?
We take our work very seriously, and want our clients to succeed. As long as you are a client of ours, we will not do any work for your competitors.

What happens if we cancel our service with you?
Some benefits of our work will remain, but without continued SEO maintenance your rankings in the search engines will likely go down over time.

Is there a guarantee with your service?
Only the search engines themselves control the rankings, we cannot guarantee specific results. Since every contract is different, we will work with you prior to signing on an agreement. Note that certain fees cannot be refunded, like any hourly-charged work we did to update the code on your website, or fees for listings in directories like Yahoo!.
